All Saints is part of the United Benefice of Totternhoe, Stanbridge and Tilsworth, known as the TST Benefice. The TST Benefice is part of the North Chilterns Group of parishes, comprising the Kensworth, Studham and Whipsnade parishes, and the parishes of Eaton Bray with Edelsborough and Dagnall.

Our Sunday services are at 10.15am on 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month and at 4pm on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month.

Where there is a 5th Sunday in a month we meet with the other two churches in the TST Benefice to share a joint service.
